Shipping policy
MX PET ships eligible orders from Richmond, British Columbia to destinations in Canada and the United States. Shipping options and final charges are confirmed at checkout for the items and destination in your order.
Order processing
In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time are processed on the next business day.
Standard shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds
- British Columbia: $12.99 for eligible orders below $99; free standard shipping at $99 or more.
- Other Canadian provinces and territories: $19.99 for eligible orders below $169; free standard shipping at $169 or more.
- United States: $39.99 for eligible orders below $399; free standard shipping at $399 or more.
These rates and thresholds apply to products in our main shipping profile. Products assigned to another shipping profile may have different options or charges. Checkout displays the final rate and eligibility for your order.
Estimated delivery
After dispatch, standard shipping is estimated at 3–9 business days within Canada and 4–8 business days to the United States. The U.S. estimate excludes customs clearance, which typically takes about one week and may vary. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Tracking information is sent by email when your order ships.
Shipping restrictions and delivery issues
Some items may be restricted by size, weight, or destination. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide an accurate delivery address; additional charges may apply for address corrections or parcels returned due to non-delivery. If an order is delayed or lost, contact us for help.
For U.S. orders containing meat products, MX PET handles customs clearance. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs and import duties.
